NSW In Home Care (NSWIHC) was established in 2001 as part of the Australian Governments In Home Care Pilot Project. We are one of the first to operate in the state. We are sponsored by NSW Family Day Care Association (NSWFDCA) which is the peak organisation that supports Family Day Care and Early Childhood Education and Care in a home environment across NSW. NSWFDCA was established in 1976 as a not-for-profit organisation to promote and support all aspects of Family Day Care within the NSW community.

We acknowledge the Traditional Owners of the land where we work and live, the Wangal and Gadigal people of the Eora nation and pay our respects to Elders past and present.

We celebrate the stories, culture and traditions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Elders of all communities who also work and live on this land, and across the lands across the state of NSW.
